The first step in once the customer removes their contingency is to take the sketches and any options the customer is selected and put those details in a CAD drawing so that we can prepare the plan
to submit to the county to obtain a permit in the old day's plans used to come out in a size that was 24 inches wide or tall by 36 inches wide so it was a 24 by 36 this is called traditionally 1/4 scale plan you'll notice in the plan just put through some pages that the actual layout is literally at quarter scale very easy to read but based on today's technology none of the trades actually use quarter scale plans this size plan is still submitted to the county.
