How to Understand Architectural Plans

The first step in once the customer removes their contingency is to take the sketches and any options the customer is selected and put those details in a CAD drawing so that we can prepare the plan

to submit to the county to obtain a permit in the old day's plans used to come out in a size that was 24 inches wide or tall by 36 inches wide so it was a 24 by 36 this is called traditionally 1/4 scale plan you'll notice in the plan just put through some pages that the actual layout is literally at quarter scale very easy to read but based on today's technology none of the trades actually  use quarter scale plans this size plan is still submitted to the county.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
