Their is no rule for the distance between two RCC column.with the increase of the distance between two column, simultaneously the depth of the beam will be increased also the slab will be one way which is not recommended,
As a result of this your design for the beam,column and slab will not be economical. To keep in mind about the safety factor of the building it should be kept in between 3 meters to 6 Meters.
