Reviewing plans and specifications, job costing, manpower and materials, takeoffs, how assembled, bid submission, negotiation, award, procurement and change orders as viewed by general contractors, construction managers and subcontractors.

This interactive session is designed for contractors who wish to begin tracking a reporting their job costs more precisely. Take the mystery out of job cost reporting and analysis, discussing five main areas critical to every contractor's bottom line. Will include: contract and cost; benefits of tracking job costs; percentage of completion reporting; job detail by general classifications; using codes, phases and tracking job cost detail.
