Elevated with 4 steps, the porch is 4.3 meters by 2.4 meters can easily accommodate a full size couch for sitting and informal receiving. Main entrance door of this three bedroom bungalow house design is wood panel door and arched steel window. Receiving area are very spacious with size 4.3 meters by 5.5 meters or approximately 24 square meters. The room can cater 6 to 10 persons as guests in this area.
On the right side of this bungalow consists of the master’s bedroom and bedroom 2. Master’s bedroom has its en-suite bathroom and built-in cabinets. Bedroom 2 is also suited for couple since bed is king size, having its built-in cabinet too.
Left side of this room is the common toilet and bath separating bedroom 2 from bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is more likely the same as bedroom 2 in size and structure. The right side consists of the play room, dining, kitchen and lanai area or service area. It is also provided with a small storage room and wash and dry area included in the kitchen.
