ردحذف1. In a framed structure, we never allow load transferring in brick wall unless it has been designed as load bearing wall. Also, we have limitations on verticality of compression members as per applicable codes and standards, so this procedure is not valid.
2. Secondly, you've mentioned earthquake, but looking the reinforcement arrangement, seems ductile detailing has not being done.
3. Brick wall constructed without brick bonding i.e. Flemish or english bond etc. Mortar not filled completely.
4. We've to take care for cracks in plaster wherever junction between RCC and brick masonry.
